Since our founding, we have been dedicated to bridging people together through Square Dancing and Line Dancing. As a family centered non-profit organization, we welcome youth, families, couples and singles of all experience levels into a fun and encouraging community where friendships are built, traditions are preserved and memories are made.

Our Identity
Young at Heart Square & Line Dance Club of Mountain City, Tennessee is a multi-generational square dance community dedicated to keeping the Appalachian tradition of square dancing alive through Modern Western Square Dance. With a strong focus on youth and families, the club provides a welcoming environment where dancers of all ages can learn, grow, and enjoy the traditions of square dancing and line dancing. Through fellowship, leadership opportunities, and participation in regional and national events, Young at Heart is helping inspire the next generation of square dancers.
